Aside from the headache to have the wire run from outside into my garage as the tip of the wire is so wide for some odd reason, it just stopped working, went offline and now says its in battery mode. Its a plug in with no battery. Sounds like a bug in the firmware but come on. For $200+ this should not happen. Husband had to ladder to remove it. Brought it inside, plugged to test and still same issue. Did a full reset including removing device and reinstalling it. Worked for 5 min then right back into battery mode it went. Wifi is top speed, and cord is 100% working. Debating if its worth keeping at this point.
