We bought this to help view our baby in his car seat, and it does exactly that. No fuss, works so much better for us than a mirror. Once you get the camera set at the right angle, you don't have to be changing it between drivers either.
The camera and video is good quality. We like that it changes to night vision (black/white) in low lighting.
Install was very quick, and the instructional video was great.
