+ Works on PC laptop, Android phone and Apple iPad. (any devices with Bluetooth I suppose).

but here's the catch,
you can only access the app on an Android phone. Get your preferences set up on the phone, (which saves your settings on the ear buds) then you can use the same settings on iPad.

Say, you enable ANC and auto transparency mode in the Android app.

then you connect the ear buds to iPad.
Your ear buds will carry the same settings :)

This is great.

Pros:
+ The sound is really good. With the EQ on its Samsung app, you can further customize the sound; though the options are limited.

+ It's comfy for me personally, and I can sleep with the earbuds.
The provided pairs of exchangeable silicone tips can fit different ear sizes.

+ The microphone is pretty good for calls no problem at all (though I believe AirPods pro 2 still has the best mic).

+ Love the matte finishing / texture.

+ Connect fast; works especially well with Samsung phones;
My Samsung S20+ phone detects (though slow) the earbuds case open, even without the phone's Bluetooth turned on.

+ Wireless charging supported. I have a Samsung wireless charging pad but that's slow compared to wired charging.

+ In my opinion, it is a worthy upgrade from the 1st version of the Samsung Buds Pro. This version 2 has much better buds shape and matte texture that is way easier to perform touch operations without triggering a touch sensor bug (as in Pro 1) that would at times treat your "tap" as "hold-and-press" multiple times, at least from my experience.

Neutral:
* Transparency mode only is turned on when you speak / make sound; it doesn't know if someone nearby is talking.

* The buds do not support multi point connection, meaning it will not auto switch between multi devices, whichever is making sounds. You have to manually connect the earbuds to the device.

A minor complaint:
- The ANC helps block out noises a bit. Not superb ANC, but it works.
It seems to exclude some mid-low frequency noises.

Overall, so far, very satisfied with the earbuds.
