I bought this to upgrade from the mic on my old headset which was slowly dying. This mic is very good, everyone on my discord or voice calls notices the great quality however the mic is so good it captures the echo in the room I'm in, my crummy old mic didn't capture that but it sounded way worse too. I only use it for gaming with friends and for video calls on my PC, I think it's better suited for people who may intend to do more professional work or streaming.
Also this mic is huge, look ta the large size headphones in the back of my picture for comparison.
