The phone had a fixed coloured spot in the screen. After you're on the phone with Samsung Canada service for 45 minutes answering endless questions, restarts, cache cleans and sending pictures, they finally will accept the repair and have Fedex pick up your phone. The so called three day service will take a week. Once we finally receive our phone back, we noticed the screen is fixed, but the phone's edges are heavily damaged, it looks like they have been prying or send someone else's phone return. Again 45 minutes on the phone with Samsung Canada and sending pictures the person on the phone said "You probably damaged it yourself!". From now on we will stick to Apple products aas they seem to be better build and their service has never disspointed us.
