This version of the alexa is spot on, I love all the quirks it comes with my buddy and I were saying random commands and it has a timer function and silly aka fart mode that work in tandem with each other. Speaker quality is exquisite for the size, it is undoubtedly loud enough right out of the box with adjustment commands to either lower or raise it. Setup was very easy especially when, you set up your prime account along with purchase of the device. Smart functionality is top notch as any voice input from yourself or pretty much anybody is able to interact with the alexa and smart devices connected to it plus the app. Right now I have many devices hooked up to it to name a few, air purifier and wifi bulbs, it is able to switch between all of them with ease just by announcing the instructions. This alexa comes with the ability to modify its leds to let you know when its listening for your input or speaking back by changing its colour and consistency of light. Overall a great upgrade from the prior version has all the same tricks with a few additions and of course the alexa software compatability with the app.
