I am very disappointed that I cannot return this adapter I bought for my kids to use to play the piano. Our bunny chewed up the cord the piano cane with and I’ve had a hard time finding an adapter that works. This one doesn’t work and I cannot return it so now I have a useless charger just sitting here and I have to order another one. This is disappointing and unacceptable by the seller to not allow me to return it and refund my money. I would not recommend buying from them if this is how they treat customers.
