I bought this because it was on sale, but didn't realize it was a different version. I thought it had the same features my other Roku stick had, but it didn't. I gave it three stars because it lacks most ability to control the TV. Basically it only controls the Roku apps itself, but you need the TV remote for volume, power, etc. The other Roku stick has that option so you don't need two remotes, plus it has the ability to use voice, as a bonus, unlike this one. Additionally, the feature I didn't like the most was that this isn't a stick, it's a little box that you have to plug into the TV with HDMI, and also a power cord that you plug into the TV with USB. Unfortunately, this option doesn't work for me, and although they give you an adapter to plug into the wall it is super short, so can't really reach anywhere unless your outlet is behind the TV up on the wall. They give you a sticker to stick the little box wherever, but it doesn't stay sticky long. The app itself is great, I just prefer, and wish, I hadn't mistakenly bought this one and bought the actual Roku stick!
