Most was excellent, except packaging looked like it’d been through the wringer! Didn’t have a protective carton outside, just the actual product box, which was beat, torn, and unlatched (tabs to secure box). Even inside things were strewn about. I thought it must be a return but the machine was unused thankfully. First time ever this happened. Best coffee though…no complaints there.
