This is the second time I have used an e-sim for travel and unlike the last provider, this one has easy access to customer service by telephone when an email or chatbot doesn't cut it, I phoned as we were travelling last minute and needed to get phones activated before instructions were delivered by mail. The only thing they need to make sure you are aware of is that as soon as you order, you need to go to their website with your order number and I ordered three cards for three of us and had to register all three separately to get the email that lets you set up e-sim and get a phone number or call in. Pricing was great and is one of the few plans that offered talk, text, and data for USA with calling back to Canada.
