I received my trimmer, I charged it, I made 2 haircuts, the trimmer stopped working and there was no way to recharge it, no contact or light when I plugged it back in. I tried to return it, but Amazon told me I had to send it back directly to the company without offering any help even though I had the product for 2 weeks, the company offered me an exchange only with no possibility of a refund and the response times were sometimes very long. So I will receive a product in which I have no more confidence, with no possibility of a refund to get a more reliable product, with no help from Amazon which on the other hand is very happy to sell $170 products and wash its hands of the quality and customer satisfaction afterwards. If you are a hairdresser, avoid ordering your products here. If you have a problem, Amazon will be of no help.
