Hi, I purchased this Fitbit watch in spite of my daughter’s experience with hers, because I thought the problem she had was a one of problem. That wasn’t the case as mine acted exactly the same as hers, i needed it for health reasons and although it had its problems, i overcame the issues and continued using it
Bu now I cannot trust it at all as it gives me totally wrong information, eg. In one day I knew my steps could be at no less than 2000 but it registered at 6800, my heart bpm judging by previous date it should be over 95 but it registers as low 70’s.
I have never written reviews for any item but this time I had to.
What boggles my mind is, why do companies still sell this product when it does not perform as promised and it could also be dangerous for those who depend on its accuracy. I know for sure that I will not buy Fitbit again.
Purchased in December 2023.
