Good customer support had an issue. Prompt testing and replaced but Ring. But issue really is the batteries I bought on Amazon that were for Ring not by Ring and work on my Door Video cam 3 but not on this unit at least from a battery health check perspective. This product is good. Ring engineer good products. I did plug in plus battery to an outside setup I have for fountain and lights. Works like a charm.
