Got the Blackview Shark8, couple of months back and had issues with the alarm not initiating at scheduled time as it is set to go on. It was very frustrating as I downloaded the Google clock alarm but issue persist, did some research and I find the phone just goes to sleep as I was missing call too, but the alarm reminders failing to go on at set period was the most pressing need to me, as I use it to schedule my daily routine. I got very mad as I know the rigorous task of returning items bought online and getting refunds back, and I was not ready for that so I gave a bad review and let it slide. To my utmost surprise I was contacted by the seller, who insisted they needed to make it right by either giving me another product or refunding my money back without me having to ship the item back. At some point I thought it was a scam, from online scammers who might have hacked Amazon but decided to play along with their game. Turned out it was unbelievably genuinely sales representative from Blackview and after several emails chain they refunded my money back, even though what I wanted was to get a functional phone as I made it clear to them, that the review I posted was not to get a refund back, but because there was functionally defective issues with the phone I got and was pissed with that as I don't have the time to start refund runs, but would rather want to get something more functional. I must say I'm very impressed with their wonderful level of customer service and end user satisfaction. Thank you to support_Tina for making it right
