Edit: fantastic customer service. They reviewed the batch being faulty and offered to send a fresh piece. Kudos to promptness.
It is a decent case. grip is good on the sides due to textured surface.
BUT The product gets very easily scratched - not sure if it is a particular batch. I got 3 big scratched with my hand and pocket in first 5 min - did not even leave it on desk or with other times.
