Nikon SB-700 is a very good Flash I use it on my Nikon D610 camera. I also have a lot older Nikon Speedlight Flash that I still use on my other Nikon camera that is a 35mm film camera. The SB-700 AF Speedlight hands down a lot better flash.
It can be used as a slave or master , can communicate with other flash. It comes with 3 different filters so don't buy any extra. I like the new design of ON/OFF power switch, better then the older push bottoms. Can be used in a few different ways and settings, but I use it mostly in iTTL mode.
