Bought one of these in 2020. Easy to install, integrate and program. Bought a 2nd one in 2022. Shortly after, first one stopped responding to verbal commands and routines through Alexa. I can still turn it on/off from app on my phone. Tried un-installing and re-installing several times with no success. It's a great product - just worry about long term reliability. Knockoffs from other manufacturers are much cheaper and may be a better deal at the end of the day. At 75% lower cost, not as big a hit to the wallet if you have to toss them.
