This was a game changer for our family and pooch. He responded very well, seldom used the shock. When taught right, all you need is the beep or vibrate. Used it for walks, stopping barking at neighbours, keeping close to us trail running and cross country skiing. After two months it stopped working. Trying to troubleshoot but have to send it back in. Frustrating because of the price tag and only 2 months of use.
