We had this exact doorbell prior and it stopped working after 8months. But for the 8 months it worked, we loved it. I then bought another one of this same model during prime days. We’ve had it for a couple weeks and it’s constantly states it’s offline. We’ve rebooted our modem and all other devices we own have full Wi-Fi strength when standing by the ring doorbell that says either ‘weak connection’ or offline completely. Very disappointed to say the least. Appears the Wi-Fi issue is with this doorbell and not our modem.

UPDATE: I was contacted by the Ring team after my above review was posted. They were very helpful and easy to deal with. They sent me a Ring Chime Pro to help with the connection issues and I’m happy to report that my prior issues have now been resolved completely. Highly recommend getting the ring chime pro to help with the ring doorbell connection issues if you have them.
