Won't Turn On It's not a wireless device. 1. Verify that the device is connected to the power source via adapter. 2. Then press the power button on the side of the device to turn it on.
Auto Shutdown 1. The device will automatically shut down after 3 minutes of inactivity, reboot it and start. 2. After 30 minutes of continuous use, the device will automatically shut down, wait for 5 minutes and reboot it.
Won't Flash 1. Keep your skin dry. 2. Make sure the lighting window is completely covering your skin and the hair removal sensing indicator is on 3. Then press the treatment button.
Burning Smell Shave any hair longer than 2mm before using to prevent the flash from burning the surface hair and producing a burn smell and burn feeling.
Light Window Excessive Heat 1. Check if your skin tone is applicable. 2. Make sure to shave off the hair more than 2mm. 3. The Ulike UI20 Hair Removal Device is very impressive, and I am very happy with the device. When the Ulike hair remover arrived, it was in a very nice and professional box, and everything in the box was individually wrapped in plastic for additional protection. Unboxing this device was very satisfying. In the box, you will first find two booklets; one includes a quick set of information and directions, and the other booklet includes more in-depth information and directions for the device. Underneath the booklets is the device itself. It is not too big and exactly the size I was expecting. The device is pretty light and not too heavy, either. I ordered the pink color-way, and it is also very pretty. The device comes with two cords. One of the cords has a block attached to it, and the other cord is the one you plug into the wall. You do have to connect the two cords together and then connect that cord to the device in order for it to work; this is not a wireless device. The device also comes with a small razor to prepare the areas of your skin before use, and a pair of eyeglasses to protect your eyes when using the device. Finally, there is a small cloth bag for the device for storage or to use when travelling. These additional items are also very convenient and nice to have.

This device is pretty easy to use. There are only three buttons. On the side of the device there is a power button and a "super hair removal" setting and on the front of the device is a large button to activate the light treatment. The power button is also used to change other settings on the device as well after it is turned on. When the device is powered on, there is a fan that is activated that is sort of loud, however that does not affect how this device works. After doing my first treatment with the device, I can definitely say that the areas treated (hairs) are beginning to thin, which is a nice sign that the treatment and device are working. Additionally, the device does not hurt when it is used, nor does it burn your skin, though I would definitely recommend using the provided glasses, as staring directly at the light may pose risks to your eyesight.

Overall, I am pretty happy with this device as the quality is very nice, and I am now able to do this sort of treatment at home. I can't wait to see how much better the results will be in the future after using this device for several treatments!

I ordered this to cut down on the need to shave during the summer and so far I'm loving it. With this home IPL device it's completely painless and their "ice-cooling" is named accurately as it's cold to the touch when in use. It also includes a shaver and sunglasses, which while expected were still fairly nice. The shaver cuts comfortably and close to the skin, it's a perfect match for the length needed for IPL. The sunglasses are alright but the gaps at the sides are notable enough that I feel more comfortable using the device with both the sunglasses and my eyes closed. The device has multiple modes but I solely used SHR as it does multiple quick bursts and gave pretty good results. It was pretty much painless for me with my fair skin and dark brown hair making the process fairly easy. I've used it on both my underarms and my legs for about a month about 3 times a week and the results are very noticeable. The hair on my underarms is less dense and it's obvious some spots are reduced, though initial density makes it harder to notice the effects of elsewhere. For example, the hair on my legs wasn't as visibly reduced because it wasn't as dense as the underarm hair to begin with, but when I intentionally look for it it's still noticeable though without the immediacy of in other previously thicker places. I genuinely love this device; it's made my shaving routine so much simpler and less problematic and I'd easily recommend it if you're interested in a home IPL device.

Il y a une notice en français, que je vous conseil vraiment de lire, car ce n'est clairement pas un jouet et il y a de nombreuses contre indications !
Une belle boite qui servira de rangement, car il n'y à pas de housse, mais ce n'est pas le type d'appareil que l'on prend avec en vacances, donc elle ne serait pas vraiment utile.
A l'usage il tient bien en main, et avec ses 4 modes adaptés à chaque type de poils il répondra au mieux à vos besoins.
Les résultats sont visible assez rapidement (à l'échelle du traitement), on voit presque les poils s'affaiblir au fur et à mesure des séances.
Pour 379.00€ moins un coupon de 80€ au moment de mon commentaire, on a un rapport qualité prix assez correct.

This laser hair remover is really good at it's job. After reading the instructions (multiple times might I add, I know lasers are dangerous, so I wanted to be completely safe using it), I tested it on my arm, after just a few blasts I noticed hair was already completely gone in places, and it was just a test, not me attempting to properly remove hair. After that, I spent about 15 minutes removing the rest of the hair on my arms and it was completely smooth, no spots of hair left anywhere.

I will admit though, at first using this thing was a little scary - this is my first time ever with any sort of laser hair removal and I expected it to be a little painful, but to my surprise it was completely painless. You literally feel nothing whatsoever. So this is better than shaving or waxing (for me anyway).

The remover itself is super easy to use, the instructions are very clear but I will definitely advise you to read them over a few times just to familiarise yourself with them. This laser remover kit may seem expensive on the surface, but when you factor in the costs you'd save from going to a specialist, it is actually quite a lot cheaper in the long run.

 Non è il primo epilatore di Ulike che posso testare, quindi oltre a conoscere il marchio, conosco anche il livello degli altri prodotti che realizza. In entrambi i casi, si tratta di alto livello e ottima qualità.

La confezione, come sempre, è curata nei minimi dettagli. Dalla grafica a come è stata pensata la confezione. Si tratta di un cofanetto con copertina bianca con scritte stampate color oro.
Una volta rimossa la copertina, che ha solo una funzione estetica, si arriva al cofanetto vero e proprio realizzato in cartoncino rigido bianco e rosso cigliegia, dentro al quale è riposto tutto in un perfetto ordine ad incastro, istruzioni comprese. Bianco, oro e rosso sono i tre colori che contraddistinguono Ulike come packaging.
Il cofanetto può essere riutilizzato per riporre tutto dopo l’uso oppure potete utilizzare il sacchettino chiudibile con coulisse che viene dato in dotazione. Il cofanetto lo potete svuotare dei supporti interni e usarlo poi per altro.

All'interno, inoltre, si trovano il trasformatore completo di cavetto, cavo di alimentazione, manuale d'uso, gli occhiali protettivi pieghevoli in plastica nera e un piccolo cofanetto di plastica trasparente con all'interno un mini rasoio manuale. Tutto etichettato, sigillato e protetto accuratamente. C'è quindi tutto il necessario per poter fare il trattamento. Non servirà procurarsi altro, se non la crema idratante che suggeriscono di spalmarsi dopo i trattamenti.

L'epilatore è in plastica color rosa cipria, con dettagli in un tono più scuro e con un effetto simile al metallizzato. La cura nei dettagli della forma, dei colori e dei vari pulsanti è massima, creando una cura nell'estetica al pari di uno smartphone di ultima generazione. Tutti gli accessori, invece, come cavi di alimentazione e rasoio, sono bianchi, dando una sensazione di pulizia e cura.

Prima di iniziare l'utilizzo consiglio vivamente di leggersi bene le istruzioni riportate nei libretti posti all'interno della confezione. Ce ne sono due: una guida veloce per sapere subito cosa fare per iniziare ("Quick Start Guide") e il Manuale d'uso multilingue, tra cui l'italiano, in cui si trovano molte più informazioni tecniche, come ad esempio anche un elenco di possibili errori e come risolverli.
L’attenzione anche nei manuali dimostra la qualità di questo marchio e la serietà con cui realizzano i loro prodotti.

Per un migliore risultato dovete ricordarvi di depilare l'area che dovete trattare con il rasoio e di rispettare la frequenza di utilizzo che riportano sui manuali, che prevede per le prime 4 settimane un trattamento a giorni alternati e poi per il mantenimento è una volta ogni due settimane o una volta al mese a seconda delle necessità e delle caratteristiche della persona.
L'impegno quindi è concentrato soprattutto nel primo mese, ma fatto questo sforzo, poi si tratta più di un mantenimento non molto diverso dalla frequenza di un normale trattamento di depilazione standard.

Un aspetto sicuramente positivo è che con un unico strumento puoi trattare moltissime zone del corpo (attenzione che alcune sono sconsigliate, vi prego di leggere bene il manuale) riuscendo a fare tutto da casa e senza dover fare grossi preparativi di postazione o strumenti.
Mia moglie, anche con questo modello, non ha riscontrato particolari fastidi durante l’utilizzo. È ovvio che ci siano alcune zone del corpo che sono più sensibili di altre, in cui ha percepito un leggero pizzicore, ma nulla a confronto degli strappi di una normale ceretta.

Sicuramente richiede, soprattutto all'inizio, costanza e più tempo di una depilazione con metodo classico, però si deve pensare che il risultato è a lungo termine e farà risparmiare tempo e denaro in futuro.
Il prezzo al momento della recensione è di 399,00€ con un coupon di 100€, che è sicuramente una somma importante, ma considerato il costo medio di un trattamento simile in un centro estetico, è sicuramente inferiore e consente di poterlo utilizzare ogni volta che si vuole, con risultati che quindi potranno durare a lungo.

Per un migliore risultato dovete ricordarvi di depilare l'area che dovete trattare con il rasoio e di rispettare la frequenza di utilizzo che riportano sui manuali, che prevede per le prime 4 settimane un trattamento a giorni alternati e poi per il mantenimento è una volta ogni due settimane o una volta al mese a seconda delle necessità e delle caratteristiche della persona.
L'impegno quindi è concentrato soprattutto nel primo mese, ma fatto questo sforzo, poi si tratta più di un mantenimento non molto diverso dalla frequenza di un normale trattamento di depilazione standard.

Un aspetto sicuramente positivo è che con un unico strumento puoi trattare moltissime zone del corpo (attenzione che alcune sono sconsigliate, vi prego di leggere bene il manuale) riuscendo a fare tutto da casa e senza dover fare grossi preparativi di postazione o strumenti.
Mia moglie, anche con questo modello, non ha riscontrato particolari fastidi durante l’utilizzo. È ovvio che ci siano alcune zone del corpo che sono più sensibili di altre, in cui ha percepito un leggero pizzicore, ma nulla a confronto degli strappi di una normale ceretta.

Sicuramente richiede, soprattutto all'inizio, costanza e più tempo di una depilazione con metodo classico, però si deve pensare che il risultato è a lungo termine e farà risparmiare tempo e denaro in futuro.
Il prezzo al momento della recensione è di 399,00€ con un coupon di 100€, che è sicuramente una somma importante, ma considerato il costo medio di un trattamento simile in un centro estetico, è sicuramente inferiore e consente di poterlo utilizzare ogni volta che si vuole, con risultati che quindi potranno durare a lungo.
Consigliato.
