It's somewhat versatile given its hinge design but they don't tilt as much as I'd like them to and they are less than many other with similar design (i.e. 2x hinges). It's truly height adjustable with extendable arm rather than just using the hinges for height adjustment; however, it does NOT have a rotatable base which limits of usefulness somewhat. With that being said, it's certainly not just for tablets, or phones (or even small and ultra lightweight laptops, chromebooks, or portable monitor etc as long it can fit) if you can find other uses for it.
In additional to the usual forward/backward tiltable hinges (mostly 2-4 hinges) employed by most other tablet/phone stands out there, this particular stand also has extendable supporting arm for true height adjustment although it can only extend by about 4cm which isn't a whole lot given the circumstance and I do find it slightly less stable when it's fully extended coupled with a relatively heavy tablet during the test.
≡ Physical build
The physical build quality is reasonably decent although far from the great since it has an all-plastic construction including the support arm and all the hinges which I can't say I'm a big fan of. At a minimum, I'd like to the hinges reinforced with some type of metal, or better yet, made with metal instead.
The base is reasonably large and it's weighted (i.e. with metal inside) to better support slightly larger and heavier tablets etc; however, it's still not enough in my mind for larger and heavier tablets which is quite typical of most of those budget tablets (i.e. noticeably heavier than iPad or other brand-brand tablets, for instance). It's certainly a lot better than just plastic alone although and I don't think the tablet will actually be stable at all if the base isn't weighted.
Similarly, both hinges are made of plastic and they are perhaps the weakest link for the entire product because just don't seem sturdy and strong enough to last that long. The hinges are also rather limited on how much they can tilt (pic 8) and that would significantly reduce their overall lifespan since a simple and careless mistake can possibly break the hinge (with relative ease as well).
What I like it this tablet the most is perhaps its foldable feet/lip that I believe ALL tablet/phone stands should have instead because they are just that much easier to work with. The feet themselves are also padded with rubber alone with the base at the bottom. As aforementioned, the supporting arm can extend out for about 4cm which isn't a lot but it's certainly better than nothing I suppose.
≡ Tilt and rotation
It does NOT have a 360° rotating base but it does have tiltable hinges. I should point out that the supporting arm is attached top/tablet plate near the bottom (of the plate) vs. the top and this particular design adds addition height to the stand as a whole, which I do appreciate. It also greatly increases its overall usability in my eyes because it offers greater range of motion if needed.
≡ Value
All things considered, this is a decent tablet/phone stand that's reasonably well-constructed and works just fine without issues. It has extendable supporting arm (by about 4cm) which greatly increases usability along with foldable feet/lip for greater portability.
However, it's entirely made of plastic and it does seems a bit cheap especially when used with larger and/or heavier tablets because it tends to wobble or flex a bit similar to most other all-plastic stands as well. It's somewhat reasonably priced at $30 for what it provides and its overall build quality, usability, versatility, and performance. Your mileage might vary.

I will add pictures shortly and update this review after several months of use.
The stand is very small and compact, making it pretty easy to store just about anywhere. It would be easy to travel with, although I prefer using it at home. It is sturdy enough to hold my iPad Air without me worrying about it falling and it has a little lip in the front as well as some rubbery material to keep the tablet from slipping around. The height is nice and can easily be adjusted. And, because the height is higher than a usual tablet+keyboard height, my neck isn’t killing me when I’m done wiht a day of typing. Another big plus.
I can just put this in any of my purses and luggages! this fits into anything and everywhere!
Value for money!
Quality was great! I already dropped this and nothing happened.
Versatility check! I could use this for either my phone, iPad, books and even my mirror holder! very stable!
