Well designed unit with a lot of thought put into the packaging. The carrying case is great and the unit works well so far. The only improvement I suggest is to re-size the instruction manual so it fits in the carrying case -- it's too big. It was almost perfect.

This little unit out performes a Dr Ho unit I've been previously using at a fraction of the price. It's super compact, has the snap on leeds which are much more secure than the pigtail style which constantly pull apart, and it comes in a fantastic little case to keep everything together.
Can't beat it for tye money.

I could not get the machine to respond easily to program it for anything. I have used tens machines before, This one feels like when they used to make those cheap MP3 players that came with no directions. The directions for this machine are not very clear and not very detailed for suggesting how to use it. I am not able to move through different settings or modes. I was skeptical to buy it, but I bought something similar by a different company for my sister and we got hers to work. I wish this one did. There is no communication between the pads. I cannot return this because I waited too long to try it out. Buyer beware. Open your packages right away.

This is my second TENS unit and the first with claimed additional modes. It's too early to claim full experimentation with it, but so far, I'm very impressed.
First, it's at most one third the size and weight of my other unit.
Second, the controls make it somewhat easier to get to the desired setting. The ones I preferred on the first unit were the last and required many presses to reach slowly go through each one to reach my favorites. With three modes, this unit breaks up the settings by mode, so it's easier to try different ones.
Three, perhaps most helpful is the memory which brings up your last used mode the next time. Awesome!
Fourth, I haven't tried both channels together, but I believe they can be set to different functions. If so, that could be useful. Not possible with the old unit.

I can't speak to charging time yet, or battery life. I assume the battery has less capacity than my larger unit, but that should not be a problem. I didn't charge it very often anyhow.

I'll try to update as I gain more experience with this unit, but these initial impressions warrant 5 stars.
