So, I was using a Corsair K100 before I bought this keyboard. I have always thought "Whats the big deal...?" Today I found out. I honestly had buyers remorse over this purchase... but man, a GOOD keyboard made correctly with sound dampening, lubricated switches FEEEEELS and SOUNDS so satisfying. This is apparently Corsairs first foray into what qualifies by keyboard enthusists as a proper keyboard, and after the reviews, I get it. I am never going back.

This is hands down the best feeling keyboards i've ever used, certainly the best Corsair i've ever typed on. However.. This keyboard has 2 major issues and 1 minor that completely torpedoed my enjoyment. I'm honestly downright angry at how close this keyboard came to being exactly what i wanted for a great price on sale.. so very disappointed.

- The wireless dongle is unique to this keyboard and cannot be replaced with an other pre-owned slipstream dongle which adds congestion to your USB ports and causes interference if you have any other 2.4Ghz devices plugged in next to it like my Virtuoso XT's

- The wireless connectivity modes completely disables the ability to use any sort of per key RGB lighting, Wireless interference also causes major stuttering in what ever basic RGB setting you apply, it's quite bad in my case.

- A minor nitpick, the lack of shine through legends on the keycaps is such a bad choice considering how bright the LED's are on this board making it very hard to appreciate subtle color effects like what i currently have on my K95, this also makes it harder to see the lettering in the dark while getting used to the smaller format.
