Lets get the good out of the way.
It worked.
Installed cpu/cooler/ram/ssd and booted as it should.
1 star for working, 1 star for not starting a fire.
E5 2695 v3 and just standard 3200mhz 2x8gb ram(ran at 2133, set in bios, not clue if will run higher)

The reality:
My board came clearly used.

Cooler bolts left in(someones going to hate themselves) and visible paste on socket.

Vrm cooling is non existent; and the pieces that look like thats what they are doing are just for show.

The is a frankenboard chipset and pcie lane layout has clearly been f’d with as none of the “pcie 1, 2, 3 etc” correspond to the actual lanes they use.
Board is also locked on pcie gen 2, again most have been some frankensteining for the nvme addition.
I can not comment on if nvme works or provides the listed pcie gen 3 speed as I didn’t use.

Pcie gen 2 on a supposed x99 is nonsense. Haswell/broadwell cpu’s as well as the chipset are gen 3, board is even labeled as gen 3.

Now back to the pcie layout.

Both pcie x16 are mislabeled. One closest to the cooler is actually #2 while one furthest away ie #1.

I am most likely sending back as my original intent this just isn’t plausible with all things missing from x99 chipset.

Left it at 2 stars, would probably have been 3-3.5 if i knew absolutely nothing about the chipset, a lot of people would probably never notice or care about those issues, but it matters for those looking for and needing the actual x99 specs

Oh and randomly decides to change bios resolution , so if you were hoping as I was for “dual boot” linux/windows you wont be able to see bios to switch drives should you need to as you cant actually see the bios

Achetée suite à la défaillance d'une carte mère à base de chipset X99 (2016). Intégration facile malgré la quasi absence de documentation car la définition de toutes les broches d'interface avec les composants périphériques est indiquée par la sérigraphie du circuit imprimé. Quelques difficultés par contre pour trouver les pilotes adaptés sous Windows Update ainsi que les réglages (très complets) du bios après réinstallation, mais j'ai retrouvé une configuration stable après quelques jours, ce qui me permet de prolonger la durée vie de mon système pendant au moins un ou deux ans.

Works as a super cheap alternative for the cpu socket however it is not fast ram and my cpu clock speed wouldn't go above 3.5ghz. So maybe look for a more commonly used socket so you can upgrade way easier or buy the $300 msi motherboard if you want a good motherboard with the socket.

If you can choose to have a different cpu then choose a different socket or I guess you can get this motherboard so it just works. Also there is no manual, the bios sucks, and there is not much info online about either of those.

Received within 4 days, plugged everything in and works perfectly so far. System has been running a few weeks now and has probably cycled 15 times, no problems. If you have an old 5820k or some real nice LGA2011 chip you just can't part with, this motherboard will probably run it. Some cheap 2800sum Crucial ram, a used PSU and an old 5820k are what are running my setup, a cheap old AMD GPU ran fine on it before I installed a 5700xt which while maybe bottlenecked by this motherboard, works very well for it's intended uses. Recycle your E-Waste.
