I have always wished there were compostable sanitary pads just because I know how much us women go through these per month (and per year... *shudders*)! These Eco by Naty is practically the answer the my prayers! Aside from the compostable factor, which is what drew me to give these a try, the pads are very comfortable on the skin. These do not make my skin itch or feel hot like some of the other pads made out of plastics will do. There is no fragrance added, these are scent free and just smells like cotton/nothing. You don't smell plastic like some of the other pads. I found these to be a little too small for postpartum but I plan to use this during my light flow days. These are made in China, but not to worry, these are very good quality.

These pads actually feel really really soft and comfortable to wear - I’m a sensitive person so these really did tick all the boxes and handle my heavy after birth flow BUT why on earth do these pads smell like fish! I was flabbergasted when I’d open up a pad and that was the smell that slapped me in the face! It’s extremely strange and unsettling but I did just have to suck it up and get on with things because of the overall greatness of the product! Much less bulky than others on the market yet great at holding and not leaking any liquid

These pads were perfect for my postpartum recovery! They are super soft and really absorbent. Right after giving birth, I did not have the time or energy to think about what pads to use, but these really did the job. They would last for hours and were great overnight, I didn't have to worry about leaking. They are super thin and very long so they provide a decent amount of coverage, but don't feel like you are wearing a literal diaper. I love that they are made out of all natural materials, especially if you have stitches. They adhere to your underwear and they have wings so they really stay in place. Since they are all natural, I would say the price is fair.

These aren't the best for postpartum but they are natural so I will make do. They could be a little longer and thicker. The fact that they are made without any added junk makes me happy. Will help aid in my healing, not worrying about harmful chemicals down there.

These are not "maternity pads". As someone that has borne 2 kids, these would last about 5 minutes post-partum before needing to be changed. These are much more suited to light-flow days.
They are full cotton tops, and less absorbent than others, imo. They absorb a small amount, then the rest kind of spreads into a mess. I found myself changing these every hour or so to prevent leaking.
As for adhesion, the glue is too much. It stuck to the edges of my underwear and wouldn't come off, ripping the back of the pad (messy) and leaving a sticky piece of plastic residue on my underwear. I ripped my underwear trying to remove it and finally had to throw them out.
I'm all about environmentally friendly products, but these are terrible. I cannot recommend these and would not purchase them.
