The elevated level also helps you to get up easily as it gets difficult when the belly size increases. Since I have started using it I’m able to have a good nights sleep. It’s worth the buy.

There are several wedge pillow manufacturers so it can be difficult to find the right one. I needed one for my reflux and this one is great. It is nice and wide at 24”; I probably could have used a higher version than the 7.5” height one I purchased, but I just add a pillow. The low height has a benefit in that it still allows me to sleep on my side. Like other foam-based pillows, it comes pretty much flat and I was concerned that it would not be any where near the advertised size, but the next day it had reached full size and it is firm and supportive, without any odour. Overall, very pleased with the purchase.

Foam is lacking DENSITY

I know foam. been working with it my whole life. I built foam mattresses for myself in BC from scratch using layers of dense foam and latex and memory foam in a zip up shell. The mattress I have now is also foam. It’s a wonderful product. this wedge unfortunately is not so wonderful. I paid top dollar hoping for quality but it is not there. The problem is the DENSITY OF THE FOAM not hardness (this wedge is neither dense or hard) and anyway, hard does not automatically imply dens. Dense foam can be either harder or softer depending on the purpose of the foam and it’s use. When the foam lacks density it collapses and when it does so does your back. Density PLUS firmness is especially important for this kind of back support product. This is NOT A PILLOW! This id suppose to be BACK SUPORT! And then you use pillows with it depending on the philology of you NECK. Some will need more cervical support from pillow some less. I recommend soft but dense support in pillow with side wings to stabilize the head because this elevated wedge back support can only be used one way. Lying on your back. If you must sleep on hour did you must elevate your whole mattress and NOT USE A WEDGE. Like never! You can get a slanted mattress elevator but they are not cheep. Anyway this is ok (barely ok) for a few days after surgery but for130 dollars you expect something that will support your spine and that will last. I have a 5 year old wedge that is also wonderful and dense and never collapsed but is 12” high and it does not hurt my back because ITS DENSE but I wanted something lower because I must use this every night forever so I wanted 2 options - higher and lower but this is impossible to sleep on do to lack of density and my spine caves in and my disks get pinched. That would kill me in only a few days. My recommendation to company - improve the density of your product - it is more expensive but I already paid double - I just assumed it was like my old foam wedge back support which I have no problem using for many years.

This is a quality item however, it didn’t provide me with the support I was hoping for .
Unfortunately, I had high expectations from this pillow, but I was disappointed. The memory foam is hard. The pillow did not offer me the ergonomics to support the back of my knees. And because of that it was uncomfortable. When used in bed laying on my back was OK but when using it on a couch with recliner was not comfortable at all. Not a good product for me..

I bought this for recovery from a knee replacement. When I had my hip replaced a few months ago, I just used several pillows to elevate my leg, and both legs swelled badly for WEEKS. So I thought I'd give this one a try. Well, it is fantastic. I elevate both legs while I ice the incision, and I even sleep most of the night with both legs up - I think it helps ease my sore back while I sleep. The cover is pilling up, and I'm not super fond of the material that was used, but it's a life saver for elevation. *NOTE* I bought the smaller Standard width, 12" height, and was a bit concerned that it might not be wide enough for me, as I'm not a petite person. It's GREAT. Anything bigger would not be usable on the couch. I also planned to try it it on my upper half to help with my snoring, but I can't seem to get the knack of sleeping that way yet!

I ordered this wedge to take on an 8-day trip to Chicago. I was apprehensive, because I use an adjustable bed at home and am not one for traveling. The wedge almost immediately expanded to full size. There was a very faint odor to it that probably would have dissipated on its own, but we were leaving the next day - so I lightly sprayed it (the cover and most of the foam inside the cover) with a linen spray and all was immediately fine. The wedge has held its perfect shape and firmness. I slept VERY WELL every night. It didn't slip, nor did I slide down it during sleep. I didn't overheat, nor did I get any chill (there's no gel in it, and none was needed). This was the absolute best purchase we made in preparation for a long journey.

It takes time for head to adjust to different pillow heights. Its a balance thing. So far I can now sleep on my left and right side. I mostly prefer sleeping on my back. This probably sounds crazy but I have a small window that my head needs to get sleep. My neck is straight as a board from a car wreck. Was in my VW bug at a traffic light in 1969 when I was hit from behind by a much larger car doing 55 MPH (no skid marks). Driver chose to get some sleep at the time. High back seat was ripped out of the floor. VW was like a pool ball making a right turn down the side street. Seems funny now. Well I just need some tweaking to find that sweet spot sleeping on my back.
This wedge is nice and firm compared to my previous one. I like the cover the sponge is in. It's kind of nice that I can sleep on the sides again. Feels like I'm getting to sleep faster that way. No equilibrium problems that way. Sleep is good.

I found it! The size for my pillow that was from Relax Home 12 x 30.5 x 33. My pillow is a tag bigger but it was no problem. I did not spend $95 for it but click on all the selection boxes and this one was way less and the same company made it. Relax Home does not make a cover for this pillow. Here it is. So happy as I was using a sheet that was always coming off by morning.
