Optimised for Static Pressure

During the development of the BioniX P120, special emphasis was placed on a focused airstream and thus a high static pressure. The fan ensures extremely efficient cooling, even with increased air resistance. Therefore, the BioniX P120 is particularly suitable for use on heatsinks and radiators.

More Efficient Technology

The motor is powered by a Neodym-Iron-Boron-Magnet ring, which allows the BioniX P120 to run much more efficiently than its predecessors. This saves energy and lowers the coil temperature without comprimising the performance.

200 to 2100 rpm regulated via PWM PST

With a wide range of regulation and the PWM Sharing Technology (PST), the BioniX P120 fan speed can be controlled synchronously with all your other fans together. This keeps noise at a minimum while ensuring maximum cooling performance when needed.

High Quality Bearing

Thanks to an alloy/lubricant combination developed in Germany, friction within the bearing is reduced and greater efficiency is achieved. As a result, there is less heat development as well as less bearing noise, which means you can enjoy a longer service life from your fan.

Product description

The BioniX p120 fan features completely redesigned fan blades and is optimised for high static pressure. Thus, the BioniX p120 is especially effective when used on heatsinks and with higher air resistance. The wide rpm range from 200 to 2100 rpm can be regulated seamlessly and synchronously with other fans thanks to ARCTIC's PWM sharing technology (PST). The newly developed motor with a low coil temperature significantly increases the life span of the fan.

I can’t find a nicer green fan anywhere else.

I can’t find a nicer green fan anywhere else.
This is the only place I know that sells green ARCTIC BioniX F120 fans. I was planning to install fans to the front & back of RAZER Tomahawk Mini-ITX case. Actually I got 2 ROG XF120 fans, but I want it to be more colorful. This fan came to my mind because I had a feeling that ARCTIC made a green non-RGB fan from playing PC Building Simulator. I’m so happy that it’s still available because I couldn’t think of a nicer green fan without RGB. The mini-ITX case can install at most 6 fans. I might get more in the future.

These have very nice build quality, and the rubber around the outer frame reduces vibration perfectly. The fans are a little bit noisy, but they have pretty high CFM, and cool like crazy. My CPU dropped 10-15 degrees Celcius from putting two of the 140mm of these on my Corsair H110 after one of the OEM fans died.

Ok jokes aside these are probably the best value for your dollar. I have 5 of these so far and plan to fill the rest of my case with them. They are engineered to perform quietly, move air, and do it without them costing an arm and a leg.

Got a couple of these F140s to mount in the intake of my NZXT H500, primarily for cosmetics and dust mitigation.
No change in temps at all for my PC, but I expected as much.
This particular case is known to not get any cooler with intake fans, more relying on exhaust. Air really doesn't like turning 90°, slowing down a lot when forced to.

That said, they do look great and have certainly helped with dust mitigation as the suction at the front is very noticeably increased, with more dust collecting on the intake filters since they were installed.
The PST feature is also really nice, no fan splitters needed. The cables are somewhat short though, after a minor error on my part I ended up having to do some doing some rearranging since my exhaust fans were plugged into the front fan headers.

They're definitely quite noisy though, at 50% fan speed is just on the tolerable end for me, but I'm compromising noise for dust mitigation. Regardless, I'm currently looking at replacing them with an AIO liquid cooler that I'll eventually add Noctua's to. These were more just an experiment.

I got what I expected, but these will definitely perform much better in a case with an intake on the front panel.
If you have an NZXT H500 and just want better cooling though, replace the rear fans with Noctua's and be done with it.

Edit 08/03/19: Realized I made a mistake. I didn't notice the extension I used previously actually was designed to reduce fan speed and noise. Modified review accordingly to reflect new findings.

At lower speeds its very quiet and still moves a good amount of air. When dialed up to max around 2000rpm it becomes much louder (of course) but moves plenty of air and makes a noticeable drop in case Temps. The noise at full tilt isnt a whine or anything annoying but more or less the sound ofns ton of air moving.

So in normal use my CPU is now 32C and Motherboard is 29C. with the CPU running at 4.6GHz. Previous to this with stock CPU and case fan it was 49C. When on BFV it runs at Ultra at 49C to 40C. So significant improvement for me using this coupled with the DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX 400.

I used 3 of these fans as part of a server build, mounted in the middle of the case to pull air from the front of the server rack. I used Dyno-mat to create a seal throughout the case and in the middle chassis to where the fans were installed. The purpose was to creating a seal, forcing air to be pulled from the front of the server. With that, the server is running cooler than ever, even with the fans operating at a minimal RPM. Even under heavy processing loads the fans do not need to increase speed much to keep the components cool. In testing higher fan speeds, the fans are still remarkably quiet, however you do hear air movement (which is inevitable). There is virtually no evidence of noise from the fan's motor. All in all, these are a great quality fans for a excellent price point.

Installs like any other fan but the fan frame is flexible. So, you should use a screwdriver to spin the blade after you install it, to make sure you didn't warp the frame and the fan blade is now touching the frame. It moves allot of air at lower noise levels than other fans. It's slightly thicker than standard fans so you'll need a little extra room for it. It's 28mm vs. 25mm thick. The only con is, it costs more than other Arctic fans.
