About this item
- OPTIMISED FOR STATIC PRESSURE: During the development of the new BioniX P120, special emphasis was placed on a focused airstream and thus a high static pressure
- PWM SHARING TECHNLOGY (PST): PST ensures that all your fans listen to a single control signal, stop at low load, turn whenever necessary
- EFFICIENT ENGINE MODERNISATION: Thanks to sinusoidal magnetation, the new engine generates only 5% of the vibrations due to the switching of an ordinary DC motor
- 200 TO 2100 RPM REGULATED VIA PWM PST: With a wide range of regulation and the PWM Sharing Technology (PST), the BioniX P120 fan speed can be controlled synchronously with all your other fans together
- TECHNICAL DATA: Fan speed: 200–2100 rpm, Airflow: 67.56 cfm | 114.79 m³/h, Noise Level: 0.45 Sone, Static pressure: 2.75 mmH₂O, Pin: 4-pin

Optimised for Static PressureDuring the development of the BioniX P120, special emphasis was placed on a focused airstream and thus a high static pressure. The fan ensures extremely efficient cooling, even with increased air resistance. Therefore, the BioniX P120 is particularly suitable for use on heatsinks and radiators. |
More Efficient TechnologyThe motor is powered by a Neodym-Iron-Boron-Magnet ring, which allows the BioniX P120 to run much more efficiently than its predecessors. This saves energy and lowers the coil temperature without comprimising the performance. |
200 to 2100 rpm regulated via PWM PSTWith a wide range of regulation and the PWM Sharing Technology (PST), the BioniX P120 fan speed can be controlled synchronously with all your other fans together. This keeps noise at a minimum while ensuring maximum cooling performance when needed. |
High Quality BearingThanks to an alloy/lubricant combination developed in Germany, friction within the bearing is reduced and greater efficiency is achieved. As a result, there is less heat development as well as less bearing noise, which means you can enjoy a longer service life from your fan. |

Product description
The BioniX p120 fan features completely redesigned fan blades and is optimised for high static pressure. Thus, the BioniX p120 is especially effective when used on heatsinks and with higher air resistance. The wide rpm range from 200 to 2100 rpm can be regulated seamlessly and synchronously with other fans thanks to ARCTIC's PWM sharing technology (PST). The newly developed motor with a low coil temperature significantly increases the life span of the fan.

No change in temps at all for my PC, but I expected as much.
This particular case is known to not get any cooler with intake fans, more relying on exhaust. Air really doesn't like turning 90°, slowing down a lot when forced to.
That said, they do look great and have certainly helped with dust mitigation as the suction at the front is very noticeably increased, with more dust collecting on the intake filters since they were installed.
The PST feature is also really nice, no fan splitters needed. The cables are somewhat short though, after a minor error on my part I ended up having to do some doing some rearranging since my exhaust fans were plugged into the front fan headers.
They're definitely quite noisy though, at 50% fan speed is just on the tolerable end for me, but I'm compromising noise for dust mitigation. Regardless, I'm currently looking at replacing them with an AIO liquid cooler that I'll eventually add Noctua's to. These were more just an experiment.
I got what I expected, but these will definitely perform much better in a case with an intake on the front panel.
If you have an NZXT H500 and just want better cooling though, replace the rear fans with Noctua's and be done with it.
Edit 08/03/19: Realized I made a mistake. I didn't notice the extension I used previously actually was designed to reduce fan speed and noise. Modified review accordingly to reflect new findings.

What i don’t like is that Amazon has doubled the price for those fans, such a sneaky move!
