Tend to have to live with daily problems, with chronic pain, some days are worse than others, and though, I know how Ibuphrophen acts on the human body, with prolonged use. Advil IS the best at controlling pain, short or long term. No one wants to be in sheer agony, for their entire day.

So this particular brand I found to be the most efficient, and effective of the Advil 'family' of painkillers, each one is good for 6-8 hours, so you take less in a day, than you would with others. The Gel caps and 12hr. ones make me feel ill, these ones don't, and I should hasten to say that everyone is effected differently, when it comes to medications, I just know that these really work well for me and my pain needs.
I only wish that you could get these ones in more than 32 pills in a bottle, wold be less expensive in the long run. However for those with constant pain problems, and you don't want to risk being prescribed something that could be 'addictive', then I strongly recommend this particular brand and dosage as instructed. In my mind there is nothing better.

Bought first bottle a week ago expiry in 2025. Thought good price good expiry I would order another bottle only to get the next expiry 2024 May (less then a year). It is the same as regular liquid 400 mg but with easy off top for arthritis hands and fingers (great since I have arthritis in every joint). This works for me when I need to be more active (I do not take every day or even every week). Only when I have problem moving and other stuff not be working.
