Thick enough to prevent meat freezing burns / Évite les brûlures de congélation de la viande
I use Ziploc bags to freeze my meat: beef, pork chops, chicken breasts etc. They are thick enough to keep the meat in the freezer for several weeks without it causing "freezer burns". I also use them to freeze my vegetables that I blanch beforehand.What I like about Ziploc bags is that they are easy to open and easy to close. The double zipper closes the bags super easily and ensures that everything is sealed tightly (remember to remove as much air as possible from the bag). In short, they are strong and of good quality. I highly recommend them without hesitation!*This size is perfect for freezing an average amount of food. Example: 2 large pork chops will fit easily into the freezer bag.----------------- Français -----------------J'utilise les sacs Ziploc pour congeler ma viande: bœuf, côtelettes de porc, poitrines de poulet etc. Ils sont suffisamment épais pour conserver la viande au congélateur durant plusieurs semaines sans qu'elle fasse des "brûlures de congélation". Je m'en sers également pour congeler mes légumes que je fais blanchir au préalable.Ce que j'aime des sacs Ziploc, c'est qu'ils sont faciles à ouvrir et faciles à fermer. La double fermeture éclair referme les sachets super facilement et assure que le tout soit hermétique (n'oubliez pas d'enlever le plus d'air que possible dans le sac). En résumé, ils sont solides et de bonne qualité. Je vous les recommande fortement sans hésiter!*Cette grandeur-ci est parfaite pour congeler une quantité moyenne de nourriture. Exemple: 2 grosses côtelettes de porc vont entrer aisément dans le sac de congélation.
