Very fit is the app you need for this watch to review your stats. There is a free version and paid version of this app. We have stuck with the free version. All the same info.

We have had a few of these watches, each have there own merit. It would be nice if on the next version of this watch, it included ECG reading as well.

The size is wonderful, clear screen, wonderful features.

Very affordable and reliable.

Like the watch, the app and the low price. Dislike the silicon strap because it has raised a red rash on my wrist that has not cleared up for more than 2 weeks. Have not been able to find a nylon or metal sliding replacement strap that fits this watch. As a temporary fix, I have taped the inner surface of the strap to keep the silicone from touching my skin.

It's okay for the price. When answering a call using the watch, I have had people tell me it sounds like they are talking to a computer. Very automated sounding, so I end up having to get my phone in order to be heard properly. The watch does not hold a charge for very long. My previous watch that I paid a lot less for, held the charge for over 7 days at a time, this watch I am charging every 3 days. Would I buy another one if needed....no, sorry I wouldn't.

I'd call this an activity tracker than a true smart watch. But for the price point it sits in, that's pretty much on par. It doesn't have the ability to add in more apps, but does have most of the things you'd want to see (like messages, notifications, etc.). The size is similar to an apple watch and isn't too cumbersome. The wrist band is nice and soft (considering it's plastic). It does have good amount of adjustability so should fit pretty much most sized wrists (mine is an average sized wrist). I didn't have any issues with it staying on, or moving around. After a few days, I found the right fit that didn't leave marks, but also was able to track heartrate and other details that requires enough contact with your skin.
A few things to note:
- You can see notifications/messages for a ton of apps (I pretty much could see it for everything I use)
- You can't do any sort of reply (even basic) with any of the messages
- You can answer your call, but I found the sound/mic to not be as effective. It's not a big deal as I don't expect this to be used to actually take phone calls
- Alexa worked sparingly based on what I was asking. I don't know if that's cause of what I was asking it to do, if Alexa couldn't find the corresponding action connected, or if it couldn't hear clearly. I would leave that as unknown at this stage
- It tracks steps, O2, heartrate farily well, and allows you to set goals directly from the watch
- You can adjust a lot of settings on the watch itself, rather than having to rely on the app
- The app is easy to setup and use
I didn't really get this watch wet (just whatever sweat or splashes from hand washing it came in contact with), so I can't say how effective it is. But in my expereince with similar watches before, they are all farily decent if they get wet and this one looks to be well sealed so no water intrusion should happen (as long as you're not submersing is for an extended period....they do say not to).
Overall this is an effective and well priced watch, if you're looking for something that looks nice, has the basic activity functions you're looking to track, and not looking to spend a ton for an Apple, Samsung, Google watches that are 10x the price.

Don't get me wrong, it is a watch. And it is smart - to an extent. The variety of watch faces offer their own variety of information that's conveyed, but there is no consistency between watch faces, there's no way to customize what information you want shown, and there's no way to customize the actual watch face outside of their pre-generated library of faces. When I think of a smartwatch, I think of a micro version of my smartphone - I can customize it, I can download apps, I can make calls and message and tweet and whatever else. Even games (I don't know, I assume some smartwatches probably can?). But the appearance and ability to tell time are some of the only characteristics that this device shares with other big name smartwatches. I think the most advanced "smartwatch feature" that it can handle is making/receiving phone calls and push notifications from your phone. Don't misunderstand - it does these tasks very well and is very useful if you're someone like me that never feels their phone vibrate. But the other 98% of the time, this is actually just a pretty useful fitness monitor. Which is fantastic because I think I'd rather have a device for that purpose than as a phone-substitution. Blood pressure, oxygen, pedometer, heart rate, sleep tracking - all from what I can tell, accurate. The battery life is exceptionally good, too. It does come with a short/tiny charge cable, so you may want to go ahead and buy a longer cord if you're considering this watch. If you have larger wrists like I do, you may also want to consider a larger/longer band, too. All in all, I wouldn't market this as a smartwatch as much as I would a fitness monitor. It does the latter so much better than the former.

Most reviews are about features being available but very few would talk about accuracy. If a tracker is not relatively accurate, there would be no benefit for having it. This smart watch/fitness tracker claims to have sleep tracking function. However, based on my experience (2-3 weeks), this sleep tracker has no idea when I get to bed and when I get up. My sleep pattern is going to bed around 11pm and getting up at 6:10am (by alarm). This tracker reports mostly light sleep around 10-11pm when I was actually watching TV or walking around getting ready for bed. The waking up time is very interesting. The tracker has no idea when I get up in the morning. In fact, it reports all kinds of sleep, Light, REM, Deep well into 7-8am even I was already up at 6:10am. There is a browse all data in the sleep report which supposedly contains all raw sleep stages. Attached are screenshots for each sleep stage. As you can see on top of the photo, I've circled the current time at 6:17/6:18am. The sleep stage data already has data into the future as far as 7:38am. How could this tracker so smart to predict the future? I've left feedback to customer support via the mobile app. I was told that I'm in an abnormal sleep pattern. It implies that the tracker wouldn't be able to handle abnormal sleep pattern. Wow! That is a very creative reply. Admitted that I have an abnormal sleep pattern, the tracker is so smart to generate random sleep stage data to normalize my sleep? This happens everyday. I have more screenshots from other days if needed to prove the point. The only explanation I can tell is that all sleep stage data would be randomly generated for a "normal" sleep period like 10pm-8am (my best guess). Anyway, I have stopped using this smart watch as it is not reliable to tell me about my sleep. This is completely useless. Therefore, I will just throw it away. To me, this is a deceptive selling practice to sell something with inflated or fake features. Amazon should stop selling it as claimed.

Most reviews are about features being available but very few would talk about accuracy. If a tracker is not relatively accurate, there would be no benefit for having it. This smart watch/fitness tracker claims to have sleep tracking function. However, based on my experience (2-3 weeks), this sleep tracker has no idea when I get to bed and when I get up. My sleep pattern is going to bed around 11pm and getting up at 6:10am (by alarm). This tracker reports mostly light sleep around 10-11pm when I was actually watching TV or walking around getting ready for bed. The waking up time is very interesting. The tracker has no idea when I get up in the morning. In fact, it reports all kinds of sleep, Light, REM, Deep well into 7-8am even I was already up at 6:10am. There is a browse all data in the sleep report which supposedly contains all raw sleep stages. Attached are screenshots for each sleep stage. As you can see on top of the photo, I've circled the current time at 6:17/6:18am. The sleep stage data already has data into the future as far as 7:38am. How could this tracker so smart to predict the future? I've left feedback to customer support via the mobile app. I was told that I'm in an abnormal sleep pattern. It implies that the tracker wouldn't be able to handle abnormal sleep pattern. Wow! That is a very creative reply. Admitted that I have an abnormal sleep pattern, the tracker is so smart to generate random sleep stage data to normalize my sleep? This happens everyday. I have more screenshots from other days if needed to prove the point. The only explanation I can tell is that all sleep stage data would be randomly generated for a "normal" sleep period like 10pm-8am (my best guess). Anyway, I have stopped using this smart watch as it is not reliable to tell me about my sleep. This is completely useless. Therefore, I will just throw it away. To me, this is a deceptive selling practice to sell something with inflated or fake features. Amazon should stop selling it as claimed.

This is my 1st smart watch so I wasn't sure what to expect. I honestly have never really been interested in having one but was intrigued and loved the fact this watch connected to Alexa.
The screen is crystal clear and easy to connect to my phone. I love that I can personalize the screen to your preference.
It really does work well and I use it often to check the weather and how many miles I've walked in a day basically going nowhere! 3 miles not leaving the house? I have a toddler but wow!
I do wish this had a calculator (other than asking Alexa) but I guess I have my phone for that too. But it would be convenient.
It is comfortable but I do take it off as sometimes it feels stifling. But I think that's because I am just not used to wearing something on my wrist.
An alarm went off saying there was water that needed to be drained from the unit, this was strange as there was no water or moisture anywhere nearby.
The battery life is amazing which is a huge plus.
My favorite feature is that it detects how long I sleep and the amount of time I am in deep sleep and REM sleep. Very neat! I definitely need more sleep according to this watch!
