Claim process isn't easy from Canada - has to be done over the phone and within the same support hours as the manufacturer.
Good news - they decided to cover the item. Bad news - they decided to reimburse me only $21.27 for something that cost $41.27. Maybe it's a typo on their part, but I can't respond to the email they sent me, chat is "not available" on their website. And I don't feel like having to navigate another phone call just to try and figure out why they short-changed me $20. Let's just hope the partial refunds itself doesn't take too long to come through. Would definitely not get this "protection plan" again.
I use this headphones for my I pod it has an excellent sound. The only problem is that it is not wireless. I paid for insurance protection to Asurion company and I am not returning so the insurance is valid. And also I would like to apologize to Amazon for the refund. I got the refund for the cancelation of the Devotion of the Precious blood of Jesus. But mistakes happens and the company made it so I checked my account today and it was a confusion. So it was weird to me because this company is honest and reliable. Again I am sorry.
I bought this insurance policy to go along with a purchase of a SportDog no-bark collar that I bought for my bloodhound. This policy is probably the greatest thing since slight bread, but I hope I never have to find out.

Where do I begin, they make it impossible to file a claim and expect you to do all the record-keeping and work. When you finally figure out that only the call center can process Canadian claims you will have to give out all the information again and then be grilled over the phone where Assurion will claim your item "may still be under manufacturers warranty". They will put you on hold and come back and concede that they were wrong and then tell you it takes 4 weeks for a refund, as you have to ship them your defective product and wait for them to receive, THEN they will issue the cheque. Disgusting business practices I think Assurion should be removed from Amazon's offerings
