I needed a backup phone on a budget so I grabbed this model - was not disappointed. This phone comes with a slim fit protective case for free. Once you put the case on, the first thing you will notice is how comfortable the phone feels in your hand. It is lightweight and easy to handle for hours at a time. It's a 5G phone with Dual Sim, which not a lot of phones in Canada have. While dual sim is not useful in 2024 compared to earlier days with the popularity of e-Sims, it is still a neat option to have when travelling.The phone handles and processes very quickly without any lag, thanks to its built-in 6G of RAM and running the latest Android 13. The internal storage is 128 GB, but the great thing is it allows expansion so I have ordered a 256 GB microSD to add it to the phone. I tested the NFC payment option and it works as advertised. The main camera is 50 MP and creates sharp images at high quality. Night vision camera mode worked well when I tested it, although I am not experienced in night vision camera work.Now, let me get to the best part - while the phone itself is ultra slim, it comes powered with a 5000 maH battery. Given the power of the battery, the phone enjoys a very long-lasting battery life which I have really appreciated running multiple apps open and videos. The phone also stays very cool throughout heavy usage, which is markedly different versus my experience with the Pixel 7 previously with heating issues.So overall, for the price paid, this budget phone delivers excellent value for a slim design, no overheating issues, and long battery life.

I have used many phones from UMIDIGI and I have to say this is my most favourite design. It is very attractive for a budget phone and makes it look and feel more expensive than it is especially with that selfie camera design. Performance and usability is very good, it feels fast at opening apps with no hiccups. Camera is good, both rear and selfie, photos come out clear and vibrant. I like the display, it has nice color and a decent refresh rate (90Hz). Battery so far appears to be good, after using it from moderate to heavy throughout the day, I have about 20 percent left over at night. 5G is plus, I can now access the higher network speeds from my carrier. I do wish it had NFC and faster charging than the standard 18W. Overall a very beautiful budget phone that works well.

Hey everyone! I've been using the Umidigi G6 5G for a month now, and here's what I think:

This phone is sleek and feels great in my hand. The design is modern, and I appreciate that it comes with a case and screen protector already applied.

The display is sharp with vibrant colors, and scrolling feels super smooth thanks to the 90Hz refresh rate.

Performance-wise, it handles everything I do without any lag. From browsing and social media to light gaming, it's been reliable.

Battery life is impressive. I easily get through a whole day on a single charge, which is a big plus for me.

The camera takes good photos in daylight. It struggles a bit in low light, but that's expected at this price point. The infrared camera is a neat feature, though I haven't used it much.

First of all, set your expectations - it's a $200 unlocked phone, something that obviously isn't meant to top the charts in benchmarks or handle heavy 3D editing on the go.

What's in the box: the phone, charger, USB-A to USB-C cable, and a clear protective bumper.

The charger isn't anything to write home about, same with the cable, but the free bumper is pretty great. It has a raised area around the camera lenses to that if you lay the phone down they won't make contact with the surface.

It doesn't come installed with the default Google launcher, instead it has the DD launcher, Microsoft launcher, and easy launcher. Of these, the DD launcher is the closest to the regular Google one.

Performance is pretty good, more than enough for YouTube, Facebook, discord, and some light gaming.

It's a dual sim phone so for you business types, this can work out for you perfectly.

All in all it's a great looking, well performing unlocked phone with a 90hz display that'll work well for anybody

Love the quick service, love the 2 camera selfie, the forward camera is also great. The camera fits good into your hand, charges fast, on and on and on. I am having a problem with auto android in the car and will continue to work on it. The 5g is fast and downloads are faster. Really good phone for the price, plenty of colors too.

 いま使っているスマホ（２年前に10万円以上で買った、CPUがSD8 gen1の当時のハイエンドスマホ）の電池持ちが悪くなってきたので、予備機として購入しました。
使ってみて、以下のような点が気に入っています。
・メモリは12GB（6GB+6GB仮想メモリ）、ストレージは128GBですがSDXCカードで拡張可能なので、十分です。
・SIMカードは2枚挿せるので、使い勝手が良い。SIMカードを挿すと、すぐにドコモの５G Volteを掴みました（動画をご参照ください）。
・6.57"HDフルスクリーン、解像度は1616*720、リフレッシュレートは90Hzなので、スクロールはとても滑らかです。YouTubeで４K動画を再生しても、引っ掛かったりせず、きれいに再生できました。グーグルマップでのズームイン・ズームアウトも極めてスムーズ（動画をご参照ください）。
・本体にホットキーがあり、好きなアプリを一発起動できるようになっています。タップと長押しで2種類のアプリを設定できます。
・NFC対応してます。
・バッテリーは5000mAhで、使い方によると思いますが、私は今のところ２日ちかく持ってます。

CPU（MediaTek Dimensity 6100+）がいわゆるハイエンドではないので、少し迷いましたが、心配は杞憂でした。10万円以上出してハイエンドを買うのと比べると、コスパはすごく良好です。ウェブデータの読み込みは爆速で、画面操作もヌルヌルと快適です（動画をご参照ください）。とても、この値段で実現できるものとは思っていませんでした。重たいゲームをしない、スマホ利用はメール・SNS・ウェブ閲覧・動画視聴・音楽ストリーミング・写真とビデオ撮影などがほとんど、という私には、良い選択でした。
