Port C2 doesnt work
Its not my first time buying from Ugreen but apparently its the last timeI got it today jan 17,2024I connected my macbook charging cable to port C2 and from the first moment was connecting reconnecting. Then i plugged it out and tried with another apple charging cable. I tried to charge my ipad pro m2, in the beginning it was connecting and reconnecting then suddenly it stopped completely and didnt charge at all. i tried once again to charge my phone and the port was completely dead.Im really frustrated and am in the process of return. This is absolutely my worst experience Ever with a charging station which is already to expensive. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on it. It really unreliable that it DIDNT LAST A WEEK!
