I have been using it for 3 months with no issues. You need the Tapo App to connect to it to view. If you have the Google home app you can pair it to that as well but you will need to cast it to a device.
For storage you can add an SD card, you can save video on your device or pay for a cloud storage within the app.
Video quality is good for the price. Night mode works well. Sound quality is ok but you can hear clearly in a main room.
I'd recommend wall mounting it for better pan/ tilt ability and less blind spots.
I have not tested the range from the router.
It has movement detection, and it can identify people. This helps as you can set the app to alert you to your personal device.
