I have two of these. First one I bought for a Boss RC-3 and it worked nicely. I bought a used Line 6 M5 without a power adapter. It needed 500ma. Luckily that's exactly what this provided. Super happy about it. I bought the other one for my other pedal too.

Just to address the negative reviews. It is odd there are no returned. However, I haven't had problems with them not working or damage or anything so I'm not sure. I've always liked Planet Waves gear.

purchased this for a 1980 Sanyo M1700F Radio I picked up at a flee market. Tried universal adapters didn't work. I thought it might of been a problem with the radio. So I tried this 9V @ 200ma. Works flawlessly. Now I just need to clean up the radio and add new belts for the tape deck.

I am very disappointed that I cannot return this adapter I bought for my kids to use to play the piano. Our bunny chewed up the cord the piano cane with and I’ve had a hard time finding an adapter that works. This one doesn’t work and I cannot return it so now I have a useless charger just sitting here and I have to order another one. This is disappointing and unacceptable by the seller to not allow me to return it and refund my money. I would not recommend buying from them if this is how they treat customers.

Have two of these, both work perfectly fine. However, I will point out that both are less than a year old. Not sure why there are some 1 star negative reviews that say it didn’t work out of box or didn’t last. I know based on those negative reviews I hesitated to purchase my first one, but ended up ordering it because it was the best price I could find. Never had any issues with my two adapters. Would order again.
