Sturdy and safe case, but like all the case I've bought and return because of not recognizing fingerprint this one is no different. Tried cleaning the glasses and changing the fingerprint circle still not effective. Even tried without the fingerprint circle, still worked only at 1%. But good case. Don't buy if fingerprint recognition is a major factor, you'll be disappointed.

After purchasing two of these exact cases, thinking it was a defect in the port opening of the case, I realized that this case has a major flaw - I CANNOT plug in and charge my 23fe, when this case is on my phone.

After years of using cheap yet rugged cases (that served me well, I've resigned myself to purchasing a rugged otterbox defender series for my galaxy s23fe. I'm old school, and don't use a wireless charger. Hopefully this works!

Case seems like it will work well for drops, though I haven't dropped my phone in it yet.

The waterproof side works pretty well. It fell out of my pocket while snorkelling in the ocean and I kicked it behind myself sending it to the sea floor 10 feet down or so. I basically lost it in the ocean. After 10 minutes or so of snorkeling around the areas I was in, I managed to find it on the sea floor and recovered it... and it was fine. Not a scratch on it and still on without any changes. Later I rinsed off my phone and removed the case, and though some of the seals were definitely holding water, none seemed to really get on the phone.

This phone case actually also comes with a lanyard, so after losing it once, I tied the lanyard on an accessory loop on my bathing suit, and I didn't lose it again. I also was able to get some neat photos and videos of fish and turtles under water with the phone case. But keep in mind that the touch sensitivity of the phone screen doesn't really work under water or when wet (or the fingerprint reader). So use your hardware buttons to take the photos!
