I had received this case and protectors (screen and camera lens). The back of the case had a defect during manufacturing. I reached out to ESR to know the issue. They were fast in response and shipped out a replacement right away! It arrived 2 days later from initial contact! I didn't even have to return the original case. These guys were super fast, helpful and convenient! Thanks ESR team!

I always order ESR cases and screen protector for all my phones. You're always sure to have a very good quality product at a good price !
This time, it was for my brand new Iphone 15 Pro. I bought the metal blue version so I wanted to have a nice clear case to show it off.
PROS:
- The case fits perfectly the phone
- The grip on your hand is perfect, not slipery
- Edges protect main screen and lenses
- Helper piece to easily install the lenses protection
- Kit inludes wet wipes, clean cloth and sticker to remove dust particles

CONS:
- Would have liked to have the front screen protector helper plastic piece, it ensure centering perfectly the protector on the screen. Usually, I was receiving one of those with my screen protection, but not this time. You will have to center the protector yourself on the screen, I had to peel it off after first try since it was not welled aligned, even with second try, placement was not perfect, won't try a third try in case I stuck particles on the sticky side of the protector.

BOTTOM LINE:
Very pleased with my purchase, highly recommend the product.

This was my first time with ESR products, but I have been pleased with this purchase. Phone cases are subject to individual preferences, but I prefer minimalistic cases that provide adequate protection against accidents. The case itself is quite nice and easy to install and remove without great effort. The buttons have a nice feel and don’t hinder the phones buttons. The tempered glass face was a bit difficult to apply but after 3 attempts I got it in place without any air bubbles. Similarly, the camera lens shields attach with a built-in adhesive, but there is a template to help align them. Overall, good value for a complete phone protection kit.

I love the clear case. It shows my white apple 15 pro max nicely with the sparkles of the case. Love that it came with the camera cover and those were a sparkly silver that makes the phone and case pop. Case isn’t heavy and fits well in my below average small hands lol. I purchased a MagSafe Elizabeth James phone ring separately and it works well with the case, making it putting on/off seamless. Definitely would recommend this brand and case!

Also this might be worth saying I was never “pro” apple anything until recently however I’ve seen apple has come a long way since the iPhone 5. I now have the watch, headphones and I have to say I’m pleasantly pleased that I can pretty much dress my phone, watch and earbuds daily to match my outfits!

We purchased this product for the iphone 15 Pro max (1) and iphone 15 (2). The clear case fits extremely well and provides solid, durable protection to the phone with access to the charging ports. The clear tempered glass screen protector was easy to install from the instructions and still has the same sensitivity to access all phone functions. The side buttons are easy to press even through the protective case. The product also comes with 3 lens protectors for the camera lenses on the back side of the phone. One of the three lens protectors cracked on one of the phones and was coming off after about 3 weeks. I contacted the manufacturer to inquire about a replacement and they responded promptly and sending replacement lens protectors to arrive in a few days! Amazing product support. I highly recommend this product to protect an iphone!

Case feels and looks great. Has a lovely blue tint to the clearness, no yellowing as of yet. Comfortable to hold, no sharp injection molding leftovers from cheap manufacturing. Fits the 15 pro perfectly, super snug fit. It's already saved me from numerous very tall drops, and no visible scuffs or damage whatsoever.

Camera lense protectors went on super easily and are still clear. Had trouble getting the screen protector on perfectly and ended up not using it because it doesn't come with an installation frame, but I typically don't use one anyway so not a big deal considering the case is worth the price already.

Case feels and looks great. Has a lovely blue tint to the clearness, no yellowing as of yet. Comfortable to hold, no sharp injection molding leftovers from cheap manufacturing. Fits the 15 pro perfectly, super snug fit. It's already saved me from numerous very tall drops, and no visible scuffs or damage whatsoever.

Camera lense protectors went on super easily and are still clear. Had trouble getting the screen protector on perfectly and ended up not using it because it doesn't come with an installation frame, but I typically don't use one anyway so not a big deal considering the case is worth the price already.
