Best iPad Pro dock I used so far. Very sturdy, the tension of the stand is tight and my 12.9'' iPad seats very stably on the dock.More than plenty of ports to use, typically I use only the power pass-through. But given that the new iPad OS is coming out, the dock will make my iPad a productivity beast!

You can see in my picture that the iPad mini sits comfortably on the dock even while it is in its ZUGU case. I am using this dock as a stand to sit above my keyboard while I type up documents or work on other things while using my larger monitor.
The added SD and Micro SD card slots are amazing. I make and edit videos as a hobby and being able to just add them onto my iPad for editing is very coinvent. What I like most about this dock is it isn't just a USB-C cable with a dongle attached. Its a stand that is easy to transport and has all the ports I would need for my day to day.
My biggest "con" is that the cable that comes with it is a little longer than I need it to be, but it came with the dock so really wouldn't consider this a con, just me complaining about something miniscule.

(1) Transfer photos from SD card
(2) Output music to sound system via the dock's 3.5mm jack
(3) Allow use of USB keyboard, including wireless dongle type (mine has trackpad which works including gestures). Means you can write MS Word docs in landscape with trackpad and taps working.
(4) Access files on USB1/2/3 stick or ext HDD
(5) Charge the phone
(6) Charge a Kindle while you read
(7) All the above work even without power delivery, including the wireless keyboard - takes power from phone. I wrote this during a power cut. But you can obviously deliver power from a power bank. It's a convenient stand when you work, cook, eat etc., is solidly built, good size & stability for phone, not sure I'd want to risk anything bigger than a small tablet. All these bits add up almost to the weight of a laptop however, so am not sure it's a travelling companion. Will probably use it for file transfer between phone and storage media, and with keyboard for longer emails. But it's also handy as a very convenient stand.
Update after a few months: very useful for transferring occasional archive photos from ext hdd to phone for email or WhatsApp without having to fire up a computer.
