The first screen protector broke, I had the phone in my pocket, pulled it out and the protector was cracked in the mid near the volume buttons. Second time the phone dropped out of my pocket, didn't hit that hard, those are the photos attached. All in all, not a positive product experience, room for improvement. Can't recommend.

Love this. Was way easy to install. So clean it up really well .. whip it down good. Get the sticky pad on it a few times and leave it on while you get the glass ready to install. Then take off sticky and do the glass. Zero issues. No bubbles no nothing. happy and getting another for back up !!!

I recently tried another brand just before this one. The other one was the first privacy filter I tried and initially I thought it was good. However after using it for a couple of days I began to realize it only darkened the screen when viewed from an angle.
That is when I decided to try this brand. What a difference, this screen protector blocks 100% of the text from the side, no doubt about it, not just darkening the screen but blocking the screen. So impressed with this screen protector, really good packaging, guide included which made the installation a breeze. I installed the screen perfectly the first time.

I did have to re register my fingerprint and did have a little bit of difficulty, I will monitor this aspect of the screen protector.

Very satisfied.

I purchased the privacy screen protector and camera lense pack. For the s24 ultra. They both fit perfectly, while using the Samsung Silicon Strap case as well. In hindsight I would have just went with the none privacy version as I find it a bit to strong and effects glare and visibility. Especially in high light situations outdoors. Otherwise has been a great product, easy to install with a perfect fit. Just my personal preference would go for the non privacy version.

With the camera protruding so much on these phones, it's very easy to smash or scratch the camera. This is just a glass sticker you place on your camera, no issues with pictures or videos, focus works the same. This is cheap, simple protection for an expensive phone, I'm glad I bought it.

So far it's proving to be quite scratch resistant, added privacy is nice and the EASIEST screen protector I have ever applied! No messing aroubd trying to line up holes or edges, dropped straight on and not a hint of any air bubbles behind it. My only recommendation, if you use finger print unlock, re-do your print after the protector is on. I had mine before the screen protector and it was a bit fussy once I installed the protector, but after re-doing the print recognition zero issues

So this, privacy glass, product shares the same exact ASIN as the non privacy glass. Hence, putting update here.
I have always liked ESR products. But the privacy glass is really horrible. The tint does not kick in till almost 50 degree from the sides. And absolutely does not work if someone is peeping from top side of the phone.
I do not recommend it.

I have always been using ESR products. Never had to ever get in touch with the support. Because the products are always great.
This time I had to get the screen protector replaced due to a little quality issue. They immediately sent a new one, that works great.

Fits with a case and has good screen coverage, fairly easy to apply. SOMETHING TO NOTE, as soon as you apply the screen protector give it some time to settle before trying to register your finger prints. Mine didn't work immediately, and I left it overnight and tried registering the next day and it worked.
