I had a bad purchasing experience. The camera doesn't record onto the local USB stick, despite the manual stating it should. Spent over 12 hours with Blink tech support and 2 hours with AMAZON , but the issue remains unresolved.

My wife bought one for our baby. I’m happy with the ease of installation. I bought 3 more. Easy to manage. I’m using the one month free trial. Maybe I’ll purchase the local device manager add-on after or continue with the Blink subscription.

We have the wired and the wireless at our home. Both offer superior protection inside and out and with the subscription to Blink you can add as many as you want. We have back yard, front yard, garage, driveway and door ways all covered as well as inside. Very easy to connect using my iPhone, you can scan the code or manually enter the serial number.
I have not had any issues and highly recommend this.

I bought this blink too many to add to my other link camera that I have and work perfectly. This one was the biggest piece of crap. Only works if you have a subscription, but if you call directly for support they don't even know. That's the real truth even though I proved it to them sending it back. Don't buy unless you want to pay big bucks for a subscription. Now on my 3rd one same issue

The field of view has been upgraded on the Blink Mini 2 so that you can capture a bit more of the scene, which makes it a worthwhile enough upgrade for me. There's also an option to have color nightvision now whereas previously, it was only black and white with the Blink Mini first generation. The weather kit is also built really well if you buy that combo for outdoor use. Definitely worth the upgrade, but it loses one star because a paid monthly plan is still required to get full functionality out of it and that shouldn't be the case.

I already had the Blink Doorbell and Blink Sync Module so after our front porch had an unwanted to visitor that made off with our BBQ I grabbed this to increase our coverage and because it is outdoors bundled it with the extension cord.

Set up was easy have used it now for a month...it provides us with great peace of mind and will be usable when we move next month as an interior security camera too.
