Perfect condition, 92% Battery Health

This refurbished iPhone 11 Pro arrived quickly and in perfect cosmetic and working condition. I see no scratches, dents, or abrasions on the device AND it arrived with a screen protector pre-installed.

On first use, the battery health of the phone was listed at 92%. There was a 5v charger and cable included, but it seems to charge pretty quickly. After several days of use, the device has no issues whatsoever that I can discern.

The only minor issue was that the shipment was held up for a full week and I had some trouble getting a clear answer as to why on Amazon Chat - it ended up being a payment authorization issue. Once it cleared the phone arrived the following day (to an address in Quebec).

Sold unsafe product with no way of repairing, left with no phone

Was sold a phone with liquid damage and battery began to expand. When we reached out to apple for customer support to fix because phone had liquid damage they were unable to repair it. We owned this phone for under 7 months and it's garbage now. Complete waste of $600.00. Emailed company as well with no response back.

Battery and touch screen issues

Received phone quickly. Came with a red 6FT amazon basics charger and a different brand port. Phone was in excellent condition however the touch screen became unusable multiple times. Had to do a hard reset each time to get working. Battery life was not good, phone got extremely hot. not worth the money when you can spend a little more and get a new one. Returned and purchased new.

Okay. Here’s the thing. The phone it’s self is really really good. I’m Infact writing this review from the phone. But honestly it all depends on how the phone was treated in the workplace and how safe and protected it gets to your house. Honestly like don’t buy phones off Amazon if you live far and it’s going to take a while to get there, chances are the phone will end up with atleast a few scratches or dents maybe even a couple cracks. The phone got here in 2 days for me and came in almost perfect condition minus a small crack at the top of the screen protector. Again thought, of course it’s not going to come perfect because it is being delivered by Amazon and they don’t always take perfect care of their packages. So please if you can, buy a phone from the store. Unless again you live close and it will get to you in a short amount of time alsooo if you don’t mind a few scratches.

This product is great. Every feature works perfectly and battery is at 100% capacity. It’s not 5 stars cause when I removed the included screen protector there were a bunch of scratches. However, since I only use my phone with screen protectors and it completely covers up said scratches, this personally isn’t a big dealbreaker to me. If having scratches at all is a big deal to you, just giving you a warning that your iPhone may come with scratches. Other than that, I’m satisfied with the product :). And yes, the iPhone is real, no other damage besides that

shipping was taking sometime, here may be over a week, arrived in generic box with headphone only, the phone it self had noticeable scratches on screen, the body and the back looked like new, battery health was almost new, it was on discount and decided to keep it since I will put screen shield and those scratches will be invisible.keep in mind (Renewed doesn't mean phone will be flawless)
it has been a month now and phone performing as expected.
removed 2 starts for shipping delay and screen scratches

The phone came with a screen protector! That was great to see

But the battery is not good and there's already glitches sometimes like I have to close apps sometimes or the screen freezes

Plus it easily gets hot

The speaker on the screen came super dirty, yuck! Not even sure there’s a way to clean it? Battery life was 84%.

I just purchased this phone it looked great. then I put it to charge and realized that the percentage isn’t going up it’s going down, the more I keep it on charge the battery goes down until it completely dies. I don recommend buying off Amazon it definitely won’t last so many issues with it
