With arthritis it's nice to have an easier lid to open, this works fast on the pain and inflammation, like this size of pill to swallow. When I was a kid they removed my tonsils and left a pocket open where the tonsils had been, the littler pills get caught in that pocket and stay there for days doing me no good at all, this size doesn't get caught so it's perfect. I'm so glad that they still make this size! Love the fast delivery.
