Hi there, Thanks for posting about this. Have you checked to make sure the TV's software is updated? Also, could you confirm if you are receiving any type of error message when trying to access TV+ channels? I also recommend resetting the Smart Hub. You can find steps on how to do this in this link:

Please let us know if this helps.

That is terrible. It's not all of the TVs though, mine are still there. I hope they fix yours soon

This has happened to me as well. From the home screen, I can find things showing on samsung tv plus, but when I select them, the tv says it has been deleted and offers me the option to install. Then, when I select install, it does not install.

And yes, the tv is updated. I am trying to avoid resetting the smart hub as, from my understanding, I would need to sign in again on all my apps.20240705_003851_1000024812_1720154336.jpg

@AlonsoThePoet Unplug the TV power for a minute and then plug in again.

Then, if the app doesn't install, Resetting the hub is the only option.

@Faymich Try these options in order.

Unplug your TV for a minute and then plug it in again and check.

In Settings disconnect the TV from your WiFi, remove power from your Wifi router for 30 seconds and plug back in.  Go to your TV and connect to the WiFi and check.

Uninstall and reinstall TV Plus
