LED and OLED TVsHi there, Thanks for posting about this. Have you checked to make sure the TV's software is updated? Also, could you confirm if you are receiving any type of error message when trying to access TV+ channels? I also recommend resetting the Smart Hub. You can find steps on how to do this in this link:

Unplug your TV for a minute and then plug it in again and check.
In Settings disconnect the TV from your WiFi, remove power from your Wifi router for 30 seconds and plug back in. Go to your TV and connect to the WiFi and check.
Uninstall and reinstall TV Plus
