Congratulations to this year's InspiringFifty winners 🎉 Last week, EQL:HER brought together over 100 of the UK’s most exceptional women to honour their remarkable contributions to the tech ecosystem, emphasising our commitment to empowering more women to take on leadership roles in founding teams, startup boards, investment committees, and executive positions. A week ago today, EQL:HER hosted it’s annual gathering with our wonderful community. Whilst we were celebrating our 2024 InspiringFifty UK winners, we were also reconnecting with amazing women within our London Tech Week ecosystem. A big thankyou to Google and J.P. Celebrating this year’s InspiringFifty winners, EQL:HER gathered over 100 of the UK’s most exceptional women at Kensington Rooftop Gardens to celebrate the achievements of women in tech, as we strive to empower more women to lead founding teams, startup boards, investment committees, and C-Suites. Thank you to Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice for opening and speaking to the vital role women play in tech, business, and innovation. Thank you, Cherie Blair CBE (Cherie Booth K.C.), who spoke frankly and eloquently with Google’s Debbie W., about the many roles women leaders often juggle and the challenges women routinely overcome along the way. Finally, thank you Helen Fielding, for gifting us laughter and inspiration in equal measure as she spoke to her successes and challenges in her journey creating and preserving the iconic Bridget Jones. AI is changing the way we live our lives, but as Helen rightly pointed out, it’s pushing us to become even more creative as humans. Thank you to Google and J.P.
