ill use this thread to collect some new test bioses for the boards, maybe also to explain some less understood options
to disable cores ccd go here and choose ccd xx bit map down core.
each ones stand for an enabled core
best to disable from the back, ie:
110000
instead of 0011000
after selection press downcore apply changes or discard if made mistake
ocpak/octools
FAQ:
7950x not boosting pass 5.5G -> check that CStates is not disabled
Detailed Explanation on CState Boot Limiter
Test BIOSes:
new:
X3D OC Preset for those MB with asynch BCLK Support: (for simple slight perf boost for X3D)
DOCP/EXPO Tweaked: (for simple timings tightening)
strixe-e 1515
for crosshair and strix e-e:
explanation of segment2 Loadline:
customize a heterogenous loadline for a dual segment workload range.
example above shows loadline=L6 when current is in range of 0~40A, and Level4 when current is above 40A.
Adds for x3d
dynamic ccd priority switch with core flex, os / driver agnostic so win10 win11 ok
Algo as follows:
If condition reached and ccd0 specified, then check current mem/cache activity > threshold and hysteresis reached, if fulfilled then switch
If condition reached and ccd1 specified, then check current mem/cache activity <=threshold and hysteresis reached,, if fulfilled then switch
Default hysteresis =4
Can combine multiple algos for ccd priority so combinations are wide
works on non x3d too but of course senseless on it. detailed explanation here.

Check my message history, it's all there. I've had two Genes that died due to synchronous BCLK OC. I wasn't even playing with extreme voltages. A 103 synched BCLK OC could kill your Gene.

Yes, it might have been silly, and very unnecessary to point something so minor as a typo. But I saw it, so I reported it. My OCD just wants it gone, LOL. I try to be careful with how I phrase myself so I don't get banned from the forums again.
Somewhat off-topic I guess, but I a while back that there is an optional (blue) theme in UEFI/BIOS thas has an anime girl as background. An anime girl? Who put it there and why? I sure miss when BIOS was this, both in appearance and functionality:
I really do prefer when things are simple and utilitarian. Not to mention responsive and without fancy (read: slow) animations. When you navigate through UEFI a lot these days, and set various things back and forth, a LOT of time is wasted in these animations when scrolling. Too much dead space between settings as well?

Hello
Additionnal about my on/off monitor during boot:
The problem is caused by amduw23g (part of the GFX driver) not working (started with version 24.0 of adrenalin).
Peripherial not started (on event on the driver proprietary).
Last adrenalin version working is 23.12.1 (31.0.23013.1023).
You must install this version and remove the driver update by windows automatically (to not have some of your games crashed).
amduw23g problem is everywhere on internet and no solution available untill now.
I have previously focused the BIOS but It's the driver the guilty.
adrenalin 24.0.0 (and more) driver only install = amduw23g problem
adrenalin 23.12.1 driver only install = Last version WITHOUT amduw23g problem.

I've made the team aware of this already. It's a legacy spelling error from AMD's code.

Hi. Will this firmware come to Tuf Gaming (x670e) etc.

I just wanted to give a positive result:
Have an Strix X670E-E, been running on 1904 for the longest time. I decided to switch over to 2007 a couple of weeks ago for the latest agesa, and soon started having troubles. The GPU wouldn't be able to connect at PCIE4, the PC would have RAM errors on reboots, etc.
I switched over to this 2101 beta, and everything seems fine now.

Thanks for all your hard work Safedisk. Loaded 2120 this morning, seems to be working fine.
