Hello.
I think it depends on the format of the file uploaded to S3, but if you use Amazon Athena and Amazon QuickSight, you can visualize the data in the file in graphs etc.
Administrators can control access to Amazon QuickSight for IAM users.

I will be uploading a file which may be a .docx/.json which will undergo some preprocessing and then few key results need to be presented as a digest
There seems to be no problem with JSON, but it seems that it cannot be supported with ".docs". https://docs.aws.amazon.com/athena/latest/ug/supported-serdes.html
