Amazon Q Business Thumbs Up / Down Metrics

Hi all,
- The documentation states that we can view Amazon Q Business Thumbs Up / Down metrics on Cloudwatch however I am unable to see those 2 metrics. Does anyone know the reason why?
- Are we able to see which user did a thumbs up / down or do we only see the aggregated number of thumbs up / down across all users?
