Hello, I am in a difficult financial situation.
I would like to keep only the Buckets files: eyenimage.com on S3, which have a total weight of 3 GB: eu-central-1.
What and where do I need to remove to reduce the costs marked with a red frame on the screen?
Can I somehow save the Load Balancer and instance configuration so that I can recreate them in the future? Is it possible to download the configuration script via the CLI console?

You can leverage CloudFormation to import existing resources into a stack. You can then save that CloudFormation so that you can recreate those resources later. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSCloudFormation/latest/UserGuide/resource-import-existing-stack.html
