My iPad keeps not working!!!

So I’ve had my iPad for a few years and since half of the use in 2023 it started to change the percentage as soon as I take the charger out just say I’m at 99 percent then when I take out the charger then it gives me 60 percent and like 2 minutes later it turns off. But now I’m 2024 now it starts to flash off and on and what I mean by that is like when I put the charger in it then it starts to flash the Apple logo with white background and then the screen just goes black and it keeps on repeating and it’s really annoying so I need help asap I had to go to the fixers place a few times in 2023 but I need literal freaking help asap Apple. - iPad 6th gen / I’m using my phone to text this

As described, your iPad battery may have a fault, or may be reaching the end of its usable life. If the battery has failed or is failing, the iPad may unexpectedly turn-off - or may not successfully boot to a running state even when connected to its Power Adapter.

Are you able to use the iPad while remaining connected to your Power Adapter? If yes, while monitoring the indicated battery state, disconnect the Power Adapter; if the indicated battery state suddenly falls, or the iPad shuts-off, this test demonstrates the iPad battery having reached the end of its usable life:

If you continue to experience difficulties, you would be well advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad:
